Strong, practical, worth the money

I've used this chinoise frequently since its arrival, and am very pleased with it. It's great for straining a variety of concoctions, cleans up quickly, and its hook means stores easily on a utensil rack. It took a while to arrive - but I'm glad I opted to wait, it was worth it!
