Image not of advertised binders

I captured the image of the ring binders they advertised and sent this too them to indicate THEY ARE NOT WHAT I RECEIVED, and NOT AS ADVERTISED. The company customer service has failed to respond after I contacted them with my complaint a week ago. Very disappointing, and subject to their response, I can't currently recommend dealing with them.
