Does the job

Works exactly as expected. My kensington dock is an SD4780P, and mounted to the plate fine. The plate mounted to my monitor arm (75x75 vesa mount) fine as well. Nothing to complain about, the idea is great for cleaning up the desk, but it's basically just a piece of metal with some holes and some screws.
